To-night, at the King's Theatre, (iio series of films to be exhibited comprises: l'athe Gaz-• cite, "Becky Finds a llusband," "Paris," "Fighting Dan Ak-Coll," "Haunted liocker," "Lueknow," "Fate's Suf--I'ering," "Baby Stamps the Postcard." The film "Fate's SuH'eriugs" shows how the lad who forms the rait nil point around which the story 1 evolves runs away from home, and finally commits a crime, for which he is put in prison. After paying the penalty he is enrolled in a French disciplinary corps, and he deserts in course of time. After many days wandering lie seeks shelter in a wayside house, but is refused admittance. In the woods he encounters wild animals. At this stage the daughter of the man who has just refused the boy shelter offers her assistance. J She persuades her father to '' give him work, and later the ] boy develops into a worthy citi- ' /en, saves the life of the girl who befriended him, and in the end marries her. The management announces that on Sat- ' unlay and Monday the Musical * Blanchards will appeal , at the * King's Theatre, when novelty musical instruments will be played by experts. This troupe's .
