Chief Health Officer under th'e Public Health Act. 1908. in pursuance of the powers conferred upon mo by Section 18 of tho said Act, and acting under tho authority of His Excellency the Governor of Now Zealand, do hereby, until further notice, forbid Maoris or half-caste Maoris to be brought by means of tho New Zealand Government Railways from any place situated -with the Auckland, Wellington and Hawko's Bay Health Districts to any other place situated within any of tho said districts or from any place in New Zealand unless such Maori or half-caste Maori produces a certificate under the hand of an officer of the Public Health Department or under the hand of a Public Vaccinator authorising- him or her to travel upon tho said Railways. .
