Referring to unemployment, the Mayor of Napier, at last night's council meeting, emphasised the fact of there being no room here for outsiders. Five or six strangers wore arriving every day, he said, but th authorities could not find work lor all local residents. About sixty niou por month would be put off the tram works, and the position would become, much worse in consequence. A.
