Levin Beautifying Society.

At tin- hist mooting of the Levin Beautifying .Society (at wliicli Mr S. Hall presided) it was doeided to procure a number of shrubs and trees, to be planted in the small reserve near the railway station. Tho mattor will be attended to shortly, and the work is to ho done by an experienced man. Tt was also decided that as soon as a fonco was put around tli o Cambridge road reserve a hod go trench will be properly constructed, as -recommended by Messrs Black and Taylor, before the planting of the shrubs be gone ou with.
