NEW ZEALAND FARMEKB' COOPEIIATJYE DISTftIUUTIN(i CO., LTD.

WEEKLY REPORT. (Special to The Horowliomni Chronicle.) WELLINGTON, Juno 5. We have a further weakening to report with regard to the potato market. The market is evenly supplied, but any largo increase in coining in would'weaken the position still further. Australian onions are novt coming to hand, and are preferred to locals. Dead pigs are in ready demand, to-day's sales showing id advance on porkers, which are now selling freely at'GJd per lb, and the market is not sufficiently supplied. Fresh eggs are in fair sale, and preserved lines are scarce, and have now advanced to Is (id, at which figure all holders should sell without delay. There is very little alteration to report in the grain and chaff market, a very quiet (one prevailing. Cheese is very dull of sale, owing to retailers being under contracts at recent higher values. Poultry of good quality is in specially good demand, and turkeys have sold during the week at high prices. We can strongly recommend shipments of good class poultry.
