LONDON WOOL MARKET

Dalgety and Co., Ltd., Welliugaiti, have just received cabled adviae uom their London Office as undor: "Bradford tops—Prices unchanged.' WELLINGTON MARKETS. Latest quotations from Wellington wholesale merchants of produce give tho following prices ourrcnt:— Celery is in strong demand, and clioico samples are bringing extromo rates. Consignments of good heavy cabbages, also of carrots, parsnips, and pumpkins can be recommended.

Tho potato market is unsteady, and present prices range from £5 to £3 10s per ton for table varieties. ■Seed varieties are quoted: Up-to-Date and Breeze's Prolific £5 10s to £5 15s per ton ; Gamekeoper £6 10s; Beauty of Hebron and Early Koeo £8 10s.

The market is well supplied with Victorian onions, which are selling at £10 per ton. ,

Flour in sacks continue to £9 per toll f.o.b. south; hundreds at £9 10s; with the usual advances for smaller sices.

Bran meets with a strong demand. The current quotation is £5 to £o 5s per ton.

Pollard.—The Australian quotation has advanced 7s Ud per ton, consequently/ shipments to New Zealand have fallen off. To-day's prices arc i'G 15s to £7 per ton.

Maize is in short supply, and is selling at os Id to 5s 3d por bushol.

Oats.—Tho market is steady, and prices are unchanged. Short-feed 2s lid to 3s Id; feed Algerian 2s 9cl to 2s lid; seed Algerian 3s to 3s Id ; heavy Dun oats 3s Id to 3s 2d"?~discolotired 2s 7d to 2s 9d. Prime quality hay, hand pressed, rye and clover, £o 10s to £6 per ton. Prime quality chaff is In good demand at £o 5s to £5 10s, sacks in, ex store. A good demand exists for prime quality fowls' wheat at Is -id to 4s Gd per bushel. eggs are selling at 2s per dozen, and preserved at Is 6d to Is 7d. The latter are exceedingly scarce, and consignments are recommended. Prime milled butter, in bulk, llsd to Is per lb; good quality lid.
