Druids' Public Installation
This novel form of entertainment is quite new to a Levin audience, ,;iml should be the means of attracting a large concourse of people at the King's Theatre to-morrow (Friday) night at 8 o'clock. The public will have the. opportunity of witnessing a unique ceremony. Seme forty of the officers and brothers will take part in the installation, together with about twentylive local ladies and gentlemen, who have kindly consented to assist with the singing of the odes. Coloured lights will add to the stage effects, and this together with the different coloured gowns and dresses worn by the bretbern will show the ceremony oil' to advantage. Mr das. Melntvrc. a past oliicer of the local lodge, will be the installing officer. The ceremony will be started sharp at S.M p.m. The theatre will U open for dancing from 8 p.m. till B.MO p.m., and will continue (aftei the installation is over .which will lake about an hour) till 2 a.m. Supper is to be provided, and the fiest of music is engaged, and it 'i: the committee's intention to maKc the oveuing of the (>th enjoyable, and one to be long remembered by those who attend.
