Enquiries for seed lines are now coming in, and a fai rdemand is expected, while we anticipate no difficulty as regards quality. Onions are in good demand and values are likely t-o rise somewhat, although fancy prices are not looked for this season. Dead pigs are in splendid demand, and we anticipate a rise in value iu the near future. Fresh eggs are in fair sale, and preserved lines are wanted in greater quantities, with brisker salet, that for some weeks past. Australian pollard is now coming to hand. Oats are slightly weaker, but wheat is firm. Chaff is now offering more freely. FRUIT.-- Cooking and dessert ap pies arc selling well where quality is right, the former being most in demand'. Dessert pears are wanted. and early arrivals should sell well. Tomatoes are now aliout clout for the season. VEGETABLES.—Both cabbage cauliflower are higher and meet eager demand.
