•MEETING OF THE ASSOCIATION
A .special meeting of the Horowhenua Hockov Association was lick' last night. There wore present Messrs R. S. Horn (chairman). C Judd. K W. .J. Smith. H. Horrohir and W. Broughton.
In his report on the Otaki-Ohau J{ match, as referee, Mr Tumiki Wehipehana reported that the Otak. hockey field on which the ladies were asked to play was not of the stipulated length and breadth. It was resolved to write to Otaki's secretary, asking him to do what was in his power.
An application was received asking if C. Scinsvia might be transferred to the Levin A team from tho Levin ]i team. After a long discussion on the point it was resolved tint the application bo granted, provided the B team members wore willing.
J. Bowe. of the Moutoa Club, who was ordered off the field for rough play at Shannon, Inst Wednesday, attended in person and gave explanation of his behaviour on the field.
After hearing Bowe's evidence, was decided to fet him off with caution.
