Dalgety and Company. Limited, received cabled advice from their London oflice as follows: — I'T.OZE NMISAT.- Lamb: Very firm and tending upwards. Stocks held are small. Mutton: Firm but prices unchanged • Ik-el': Weak bui prices are nominally unchanged. 'I ALLOW.—-Prices are 3d per cwt. lower. Buyers show little or no disposition to operate for forward delivery. WOOL. SKTN AND HIDES SALES DALGETY AND COMPANY, LIMITED. At oui' usual skin sale to-day wo offered k't fairly large catalogllo of skin.s, liides and tallow and a small fjiiantity of wool. There was a good attendance of buyers, with good competition. Hides wore again easier, in sympathy with outsido markets. We quote:— WOOL.—Lambs, medium 9d to fid ; seedy. 7d to 7 i.cl; cross-brcd fleece, medium B.J-d to 9d; seedy 7Jd to 8d; lair lOd to lOJd; bellies and pieces, ojd to 6d; locks and pieces lid to sjd; crutchings, in bags, 5Jd to GJd. SKINS. --.Kino crossbred 8-Jd to !'ld; coarse 7kl to 8d; medium Bi<3 to BJd; lambs 7-Jd to 81tl; broken and dead, 5d to 7id; pelts to halfwools. (j.Jd to Bd.
