While there as Territorials, reporters are subject to military law, which prohibits their corresponding with newspapers. As Territorials they arc debarred from acting in a professional capacity at thoir own camp instruction; they can. however. ' attend any other camp as reporters, where the authorities will provide a tent, and tho officers will be glad to make the reporters honorary members of the messes, and the military authorities will be glad to have the papers represented in this manner.
