Winston Churchill declined to discuss durng question time, whether it would be more effectual for tho dominions to provide additions to tho Imperial Navy or a local navy. - Mr Asquith (Premier) moved that Sir Stuart Samuel's seat bo declared vacant. MOTOR BANDITS EXECUTED. i PAR.IS, April 22. The motor bandits havo been executed. Soudy quitted h'is celt shouting "Au revoir." Callemin was trembling and staring dazedly at the crowd.
