We anticipate an early demand in prices. Oni<Xp s are coming in freely and values aro lower. Dead pigs of all weights are in excellent demand. Suckers have been coming in large quantities, but arein ready sale. Tho Master poultry sales were somewhat dull on account of tile large quantity f p :or class birds coming to hand Good poultry sells freely and at good ices. Eggs are scarce and selling at a high figure. A much larger quantity could bo taken. Now season's honey is enquired for, also beeswax, which would both find ready sale. All grains are firm, also chaff which is being largely held back meanwhile. FRUlT.—Apples are somewhat lower and sales are not brisk. Tomatoes are now evidently past the flush of the season and prices are rising. VEGETABLES.— Cabbage and cauliflower, where quality is good, aro both selling wit high rates, and with quick sale. Parsnips and carrots are in better demand. Potatoes.—£6 to £7 10s. Onions.—£s 10s to £6. French Beans.—ld per lb. Cabbage.—Choice, 3s to os per sack. Carrots.—Choice 4s to 5s per sack.
