A Levin Wedding
DAVIES-HANSEN. The wetkling was celebrated yestorday at the Presbyterian Church,
Levin, by the Kw. A. 0. Randersoj M.A., of Miss Beryl Hansen, daugl tor of Mrs Drysdale, to Mr Fre Davies, son of Mr John Davie*, < Koputaroa. The bride wore whit batin and was given away by lie bbepfather. Mr J. Drysdale. Th bridesmaids were Miss E. Davies an Miss R. Johnson (dressed in creai taffeta and cream poplin), and tw little girls—Edna Howe and Eilee Simpson—dressed in white silk, wit shepherds' crooks. Mr Norman Por ter was hesb man, and Mr J. G Jameson was groomsman. The gnests were received by tin bride's mother in Mr Williams's te; rooms, where the breakfast was eerv oil. After the breakfast the happj couple left in n motor car to catel the train for Auckland, where the honeymoon is to he spent. 'Die bridegroom r s gift to the bride ■was a gold watch, and to each of the bridesmaids a gold bangle. The presents were numerous am costly.
