THE LOCAL TIUJ4-TABbE. Searching through a railway time I table makes most people irritable. The railway tiuie-table, like the polony, contains many good things, but the public prefer to have the one particular food (whether mental or alimentary) desired on a given occasion, not a hotchpotch of fgures concerning the branch line of Toko, the side track of Waggon ville, or the cross lino to Nezermarch. The particular figures likely to be of benefit to dwelbn between Packakariki and Palmeston North are what readers of ±e Horowhenlna Chronicle read and for our renders' convenient hose figures are now appended.— TO WELLINGTON.
