Levin Stock Sale.
There was an exceptionally heavy yarding of sheep and cattle on Friday. .Buyers were present from "Wellington und Palmerston, but tliero was not much fat stock offered. Business was brisk nearly everywhere selling under the hammer. but there wns a decided falling off in prices, especially for sheep. ABRAHAM AND WILLIAMS' LIMITED. Messrs* Abraham and Williams. Ltd., report: At Levin, on Friday, wo had a very large entry of both sheep and cattle, every yard heing filled, 46 pens of sheep and ">0 pens of cattle being submitted to auction.
