BRISBANE, This Day. Hot weather, and a protracted absence of rain, are seriously affecting some districts. The south coast dairying areas are suffering severely. Advices have been received that the Privy Council granted leave to appivil against the High Court judgment in the Coal Vend case. This judgment reversed Mr Justine Isaac's original judgment, under which thirty defendant companies were hoivily fined for 'breaches of the Australian Industries Preservation Act.
