Mr E. S. Lancaster, having decided to go in solely for brooding stud Jersey cattle, is disposing of the balance of his cows and heifers. These tare guaranteed sound, quiet and tractable---in excellent condition, and are being sold simply because they are not on the Jersey Stud Book. Glackin writes us that persons suffering from eye strain, etc.. will be pleased to hear that Levin is to the fore once .again, by the addition of thoroughly np-to-daie sight-testing rooms. All the hi lest instruments, etc., have been fitted up. and everything in the nature of optical goods is stocked also. Mr Glackin invites all local people who fear that their eyes are not quite as good as they should be, to call on him and have them examined and tested free of charge.
