Kor tlie <luinplinprs use oiu' cupful of flour, two tablospomifuls of linking powder, a pincli of salt, and throe-quarters of cream. Mix, and drop in eight spoonsful* into tlio boiling syrup. Cov<*r tightly, and boil twenty minutes without lifting the lid. Serve hot
