KEW ZEALAND FARMERS' OPERATIVE DISTRIBUTING UU., LTD. WEEKLY REPORT. [Special to the Horowhcnua Chronicle). WELLINGTON, Dec. 19. The market is very irregular, doubtless ou account of the approaching holidays/ Potatoes fell during the week, but the market today is bare and an advance is very probable. Onions are in steady demand, with regular weekly (supplies arriving. Eggs ahve advanced and a further rise is likely. Porkers arc in fair demand at the reduced rates now ruling. Baconers are slow of sale, suckers aro particularly enquired for, and cliopeprs are in fair demand. Turkeys aro especially wanted, being very scarce. iOtlier poultry is realising fair prices, where quality is good, but inferior lines are lower tliau usual. Strawberries tire lower mainly owing to the condition on arrival during tlie warm weather. Tomatoes are in splendid demand. Apricots, plums and peaches are now coming forward, and excellent values obtained. During the week wo landed 1200 cases of Californian dessert apples, practically all of which havo now been cleared at satisfactory prices.
