CORRESPONDENT

(Our correspondents' opinions are their own; the responsibility of the editorial ones makes sufficient ballast for the Editor's shoulders.)

THE HOKIO SHARK.

(To the Editor). Sir,—l would like to inform the dweller at Hokvo Beach that ho has a very stivMige way of telling tho truth. It was my line the siiark was caught on, and it was set by myself and Mr J. Rose. The shark was nine feet in length and five feet from tip to tip of fins. It was caught in the breakers within a hundred yards of where tho people bathe. A word to the wise is quite sufficient.—Yours, etc., WILLIAM COLLINS. Winchester street, Levin.
