(To the Editor.} Sii, A drinking trough 'for horses would be a very great convenience in Levin this hot weather. I happen to know that a hig one, ready built, is for sale cheap. Why. cannot the Borough Council secure it, and have it erected near the Post Office? It's price is very low, I happen to know, and I think the councillors should consider poor old Dobbin—Yours, etc., DRIVER. Levin, 26th December, 1912.
