At no time, ho says, had the suggestion been made by the executive of the S'pearers' Association or the rank and file of the shearers. lie points out that the I nion is under the Arbitration Act, and that the present awiard remains in force till September 21th, 1913, and that provision therein provides that the Union shall do all in its power to prevent strikes.
