(To the Editor.) kit - . — I shall teol obliged if you will correct an error which occurs in my letter in the Chronicle of today. lam made to refer to thoso who make more uso of "workers" and others services. It should have been "water." What [ wish to point out is that a man with a small section and perhaps a largo building will be likely to make more use of Water than a man with a large section and small house. Yet bowmany times over the owner of the Jarge section will pay the water rate will be in exact proportion to the extent of his land, and not according to the use he will make of the water, he will only have one service.—fours, etc., F-NJT
