The potato market remains much the baiue as las tweek, fairly heavy supj)lies ariving with a further slight decline in prices, but we do not anticipate the market lalling any lower than at prescent; in fact, it should harden in a few weeks. Onions remain firm, mid are likely to remain so for some time. Consignments are rmmwuptidod . Fresh, eggs still scarce, took an advance (luring life week, hut preserved remain the same with fair supply and dull sale. Porkers and suckers still nice ta good demand, and are realising high prices. Wo can dispose of any quantity, as we iiave a god market for tliem. I'ollard remains practically unprocurable anywhere. Sucrosene is taking its plaee to a certain extent, and lias a good demand. "Wheat and oats are still very firm, the same aplying to practically all grain. Cabbage arc still in poor demand and price, but all other vegetables remain firm and realise good prices. Swedes are plentiful, and cauliflowers have been easier during the week.
