NEW ZEALAND FABMERS' COOPERATIVE DISTRIBUTING 00. WEEKLY REPOBT. (Special to the "Horowhenua Chronicle. ,, ) . WELLINGTON, May 17. As anticipated by us last week, the potato warket has fallen, and there appears to bo every likelihood of a. further fall in values very shortly. A very largo quantity of potatoes has reached this market during the week, thus affecting the values fairly considerably. . Onions are unchanged, and meet good sales at prices mentioned. Fresh eggs are still very scarce, and consignment* are strongly recommended, white preserved lines are still fairly dull of sale and in large supply. Porkers are in very good demand, and meet splendid prices. We have a good market for them, and can dispose of any quantity.
