Farm Sold by Auction

TBIARU, December 14. An auction sale took place to-day of a farm called " Rooky Hundreds/' of 456 acres, tlie nearest part being half a mile from tlie south town boundary. The farm was subdivided into 37 lots, from three to 37 acres, and bidding was spirited. All but four of the larger lots were sold at prices from £42 to £67 per acre for the smaller, and from '£34 to £38 for the larger.
