NEW YOFIv, December 3. At Los Angelos, James McNamara pleaded guilty to a charge of murdering Oliarles Haggerty, the machinist, killed in the Times office explosion, and John McNamara pleaded uilty to placing dynamite in the Llewellyn ironworks.
The prosecuting attorney asserts that the Mc.Namnras did not intend to murder the Times' employees. The bomb was of insufficient power to destroy the building, but the gas explosion started the fire causing the deaths.
James will foe sentenced to 'ifo imprisonment and John to fifteen years if the Court agrees. Tt is stated that further outrages are likely at Los Angelos, due to the ill-feeling aroused by the trial. Amu ■UIIWII inmiiimiiMi
