Mombors of tho House of Cornmons hare received 70,000 protests against the fnsurance Bill' from servants. Mr Lloyd George lias given notico of 220 new amendments to the Bill, including a reorganisation of the benefit , ? for servants. He (lias also conferred with tho friendly and agreed that full sickness benefit for twenty-six weeks shall bo substituted for the alternatives previously proposed.
