"TOO LATE!"

To the Editor. Sir,— Having read "Cowfarmor's" trouble re road grazing, T. only hope the Borough Council -will have tlie good sense not to throw open the roads this year for public: grazing for stock of all kinds—wandering about to the danger of children and live hedges. 1 have made up my mind if any come my way >and destroy my hedge this year they will get a warm time of it. I would suggest that tho council allow those who want the grass growing on the roads including "Crwfarmer" and cowvarmers, to out the grass and feel it to their stock at home—as I .saw one man doing a few days ;igo. Hoping this suggestion will overcome the difficulty to "Cowfavmer" ami others.—Yo'irs, etc., ONE WHO OBJECTS TO CATTLE ON THE ROADS.
