Ihe passcng* rs were taken off in n motor launch. The steamer now lies \ri Hi five feet of water in the engine-roon The Waii''ja and Mohaica Steamship Company own tho Tangaroa, which is of 190 tons, and was built by T. F. Morrison, Sydney.
