TPSR PRKBS ABBO«AWOK.] LWERCARGILL, Nov. G. The Premier arrived to-night and received a cordial reception from a large crowd at the railway station. Sir Joseph said some people had tried to represent that coolness had grown in the electorate tluat he had represented for twenty-four years. •He would undertake'to mak'o it pretty warm when ho wont there, and there would be no more coolness after that. (Applause.) He also believed it was impossible that Invercargill would retrogress to the side of the reactionary Tories of the old days. For violent and abominable misrepresentation the had never hp.-jrd anything to equal wbajfc had bren circulated in his electorate durinsr his abserce. He was satisfied that when the other side of the question was heard he would bo on tcp in the end. (Applause).
