Levin Lake Domain Board' wet this morning and discussed the affairs of the Hormvhenua Boating Clu.Ti. ■ A concc-ssion in regard to arrears of rent due from the cluh was granted hy tho board. Details of tlio discussion will .be printed in our next issue. On the motion of Major Burlinson, Dr. H. D. Mackenzie was thanked for his services to the 'board., of which 'he was a member from the time of its inception. Mr Gardener, who seconded the motion, referred to Dr. Mackenzie's good work, and similar testimony was borne hy Mr P. Bartholomew.
