Skim Milk Paint.

The following recipe for making skinr milk paint is. from the Scientific American:—"Stir into one gal-lon.of-milk, about threo pounds of 'Portland cement, and add sufficient y.eneittan. red paint powder to impart n "good colour. Any other colour may bo used in place" of t/lie red. Mix only as used, and keep thoroughly stirred. The milk will hold the paint in suspension, hut unless stirring is-continued 'frequently, the pement, being heavier, will' settle to the: "bottom."
