Mr Arthur Iviward James, a resident of Sydenham, died in the hospital last night, as the result of gunshot v.'onndr. received during the afternoon. Mr .lames, with two companions, Messrs Kcnnard and Mather, were shooting hares, near Kirwee, and when Mr Kcnnard was climbing ovei a gate with' his gun full-cock the gun went off and hit Mr James, who was sitting by the roadside in the head, arms and chest.
