Lost on Maiden Voyage
The Board of Trade inquiry at Glasgow into the loss in the Bay_of Biscay last Novenincr of the British India* Steam Navigation Compa-ny's steamier, Abhona, "while on her maiden voyage from Plymouth to Ceylon, was concluded last Saturday. The court found that there was no doubt that a steamer seen by tho captain of the Danish steamer Bosci'n to founder suddenly in tho Bay of Biscay was the Abhona but there was no evidence to show the cause of the disaster.
