The Ministry will subsequently negotiate an agreement to settle a definitive -situation arising out of tihe occupation. A reply is requested within 24 hours. The first Italian expedition, comprising 22,000 troops, will be ready to sail on October 3rd. The squadron is concentrated near Syracuse.
