■vmw Visit to the Kaiser According to the Berliner Zeitung an Mittag arrangements have now been compelted for the visit of the Prince of Wales to the Kaiser and German Empress at Potedani in the coming autumn. The Prince of Wales, it is stated, will come to Germany at the end of August with the Queen and Princess Mary, who will visit tQie ninety-year-old Doivager Grand , Duchess Augusta of Mecklenburg-Strelitz at New Strelitz. The Prince will then proceed to Swinenniende, on ttie Baltic, at the invitation of the Kaiser, to participate in the autumn review of the High Seas Fleet, which will include -three full divisions of battleships. It is also stated that the Queeai and Princess Mary will visit Potsdam and come to Berlin with the Prince of Wales, who will be <a miember of the Kaiser's suite at the autumn review of Hhe Guards regiment on September 1 on the Tempelhof Field.
