FOII NEW ZEALAND GROWERS. At a.- meeting of 300 representative orohardists, held in Melbourne recently it was resolved to form .a. ico-operativo association for securing, selling, or otherwise disposing of tiho products of nil the Victorian orchardists. The share capital of the association is to he GoO.OOO in 50,000 sharps of £1 each, with «. minimum issue of 20,000 shares, of which amount 3s per share shall he payable o>n application, 3s on allotment, and 3s on registration of tihe association. No member .shall hold less than five or more than fifty. «md the voting power will be based upon one vote for up to twenty shares, and two votes for twenty shares or over. The association, through its officers, is specially •empowered to sectiro an undertaking from every shareholder providing that, eacih 1 shareholder will during the first year send to the association for disposal ten bushels at the I©ist of fruit standardised under the association rule for every share held !>v each shareholder provided.
