Wnllsend wheelers have declined to acccpl tlie miners' advice to return to work and submit tbeir grievances to arbitration. Tlie Employers' Federation called a meeting at Wallsend at which a ballot was taken on tie question of the miners doing the wheeling. This they refused tfo sanction. A ballot of the whole of the members of the Federation on five subject is now* being taken. Sliouk: the ballot result against the mi ner, l wheel in"- the posit ion will be extremely grave.
