This -Vet liiav he cited as tho Otaki County Act, 1911. 2. (1) The Otaki Comity is hereby constituted, comprising that portion of the Ilorowhonua 'and. llsitt counties, particularly described in the first schedule hereto, which at the date of tho passing of til is Act comprised (he Ovaki and To IToro Hidings of tho .said, Iloro\\ hem;;i County and the hareroa. Hiding of the said TT.lltt County. (2) The. boundaries of the said Horowhenua County are hereby altered as described in the second, schedule hereto. 05) The boundaries of the said Ilutt County are hereby altered as described in the third schedule hereto.

Tho Otaki Road District is hereby abolished, and shall he deemed to be merged in th'e Otaki County as constituted by this Act: 'and. the provisions of section thirty-six of the Counties Act. 1908. shall be deemed to apply on (he date of (he coming into -operation of this Act as il the siiid road district had merged into the said Oinki Counly under the provisions of lie, l (''unities Act, 1908.
