He was ailing for several days, though on Sunday ho participated in a public function. Cardinal Moran's death was due to heart failure, due to- a sudden and violent attack of diarrohea. His medical attendant was not informed of his illness as the Cardinal did not regard it as serous.
Tlio body will lie in state for several days.
