Palmer is a, little inconsistent in his actions. He voted against the Mayor's motion on Tuesday on the score of expense, and in his letter in Tho Chronicle he speaks of small expenditure 011 this item and on that- item. One of these items is the public baths "which will swallow up G200." T thought Cr. Palmer was one of those who voted and spoke for public baths! Ts not this so. sir? Let us have a little consistency in our public men.- Yours, etc., A RESIDENT.
