The Court granted, a ihu.sbancl a divorce because his wife left him and declined all overtures to return on the ihigli inoral ground that she had formed an affection for another man a.ntl did not think it right to live with her 'husband while tli is feeling for another person existed. The Judge said though there was not the slightest suggestion of imnmralitv or impropriety hy the wife, she had committed an offence against the divorce law. and ho must grant a decree.
