The Kaiser has curtailed his Norwegian cruise and returns to Sw:nemun:!e to-morrow to consult Ministers.
German newspapers are increasingly truculent in tone and declare that Germany is ready to pick up t! glove, and any attempt'io hold her in will lead to a catastrophe. The Kolnische Zeitung says that German people are indisposed to allow themselves t:> be treated to violence ;by foreign powers. Let them beware, it adds, in London and Paris.
