The Vend Case

Tn the Vend case, Mr Mitchell admitted that in 190G-7 people experienced' difficulty in obtaining the class of coal wanted, and that in consequence there was an exceptionally large demand for coal from foreign markets, 'but there had been no suggestion of anv difficulty since 1908.'
