It seems to me Councillor I'Yanco thinks the, ratepayers have no riglit to be beard except on election day. But thnt •is nonsense! Personally I voted for Councillor Franco because 1 knew be was a good worker and a cautious man. but now that ho lias shown himself too cautious by half I want to give bini a. "dig in Miie ribs"—fiiiito impersonally, you un-derstand-to make 'him more along!
