Tho Turkish Minister has communicated to Montenegro generous terms for the Malissori tribe, if it surrenders. Tho terms include special taxation, the establishment of schools, improvement of trade routes, and tho provision of maize and corn to Malissori refugees returning from Montenegro. AMBASSADORS OF PEACE. BERLIN, July 10. M. Cambon (French Ambassador) has conferred with I-Icit Von Riderlenwaeehter. Jt is afterwards semi-officially announced that there was no cause for disquietude. Rather both, sides are sincerely desirous to come to an understanding regarding their differences. PARIS, July 10. A similar conference between M. do Selves and Baron do Schoen (the German Ambassador) is being held at Paris.
