At the picture pavilion at Geelong, Inst night, the film became ignited. The. operator picked it up and dropped it in fiont of the main exit, the audience scrambling out in n semi-panic. Several fell into or wore caught by the flames. Six persons were- burned and removed to tilip hospital. Two girls, members of the compa.ny, wcro seriously injured. A number of others- received minor injuries: The operator's hands were badly burned; in carrying- the- film.
