A CHIN'KRK GAMBLING DEN. [PK(t PRESS AfiROCIATION.J XAPTER, Tin's (Day. The polico Inst night made a. raid on a dwelling occupied by Chinese and believed to be used for gambling purposes. The visit proved a complete surprise, nineteen Celestials being caught participating in a game, of chance. They were driven to the polico station in a draff and subsequently the majority hailed themselves out. At court to-dhy the prisoners were remanded on the application of the polico.
